I have far and away more political experience than many people...I have a Doctorate in Political Science and been part of Government Committees and Comissions for the past 10 years. I have been a member of the Liberal party for 22 years and have been associated with the United Nations for almost as long.
I was sent to the Soviet Union after the collapse of communism to administer "Political Relief" as it was then called and remained there for 11 months helping to establish and coordinate the development of a Russian Federation, drafting constitutions and so on.
